Random Free Will
`Free Will
It seems that free will (ie-you can choose to raise your right hand OR your left hand) has something to do with what you desire. So if your free will depends (is determined by) what you want (ie-desire) then it is not free. On the other hand, if it is not determined by what you want then it is not free.
Random
Supposedly there are 31 fundamental particles. If you knew all their positions and momentums (the Laplace demon story) you could predict everything in the universe (deterministic). Therefore nothing would be random. Yet random seems to mean something about the information at hand. No information then no predictability. But information also seems to have something to do with order. No order, no information. But order (like letters on a page you can read) can be compressed (like a picture of pixels). And if all the order in a picture is compressed by an algorithm all you have left is white noise which is maximal information.
Conclusion
Free will is just biology we don’t know yet and random is just physics we don’t know yet.
I got a note from god that I took as a big threat He said random is just physics we don’t know yet Then she said free will is biology we don’t know yet Those are fighting words so I attached my bayonet To the rocks of rationality on the science wheel of roulette Fought through the mays and the musts dripping sweat On the expensive duvet on the cheap meta data set Finally cutting the noose to pay my brain’s oxygen debt.
